    Single-day bookings are refundable according to the timetable below:

    • 14 days or more: Get back everything but the bank fees! We will refund between 91%-100% (Your total minus processing and return fees charged to us by the bank).

    • Up to 3 days: 50% refund

    • 48 hours or less: Sorry, no refunds!

    Most single-day activities do not require a deposit, but some do. Deposits are non-refundable. We use these deposits not only to reserve your space on the log, but also to improve cash flow for the local businesses we support. Deposits may be transferred once to another tour or trip departing within 12 months and may incur a $100 rebooking fee.
